All paid programs require full payment before access is granted.

• Payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways.
• We do not store credit/debit card or banking credentials.
• Prices may change without prior notice.
• GST or applicable taxes may be added as per Indian law.
• Chargebacks without valid reason may lead to legal action and service suspension.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Refund eligibility depends on the specific program terms mentioned on the sales page.
• Once digital access is granted, refunds may not be applicable.
• Live webinar registrations are generally non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
• Refund requests must be made in writing via official email within the allowed timeframe.
• Processing time for approved refunds may take 7–14 business days.

6. Digital Delivery Policy

All products are delivered digitally via email, dashboard login, or webinar links. Delivery is deemed complete once access details are sent to the registered email or phone number.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

• All videos, materials, worksheets, branding elements, and logos are protected intellectual property.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, record, or resell any content.
• Unauthorized sharing may result in immediate termination and legal action.

8. User Conduct & Community Guidelines

• Users must maintain respectful behavior during webinars and community interactions.
• Harassment, abusive language, or disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited.
• Violation may result in removal without refund.

9. No Guarantee of Results

Parenting outcomes depend on multiple factors including personal effort and individual circumstances. We do not guarantee specific results. Testimonials represent individual experiences and may vary.
