This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be granted for webinars, online courses, digital programs, and other services offered by Dr Desai's Homeopathy / ParentEase By Dr. Desai.

1. General Refund Principle

Due to the digital nature of our products and services, refunds are limited and subject to strict conditions. Once digital access has been provided, it is considered as delivered.

2. Webinar Registration Policy

• Webinar registrations are generally non-refundable.
• If the webinar is cancelled by us, participants will receive either a full refund or the option to attend a rescheduled session.
• No refund will be provided for non-attendance.

3. Online Course Refund Policy

• Refund eligibility, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned on the course sales page.
• If a refund window is provided, requests must be made within the specified number of days from the date of purchase.
• Refunds will not be granted once significant course content has been accessed or downloaded.
• No refunds will be granted for failure to complete the course.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Inability to attend live sessions due to personal scheduling conflicts.
• Lack of results due to non-implementation of strategies.
• Technical issues on the user’s side (device, internet problems).

5. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund (if eligible), you must:

• Send a written request to our official email address.
• Provide proof of purchase and transaction details.
• Explain the reason for your refund request clearly.

Incomplete requests may not be processed.

6. Refund Processing Time

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
• The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
• Processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway or banking institution.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us for resolution may result in permanent suspension of access to our services. We reserve the right to contest fraudulent or invalid chargebacks.

8. Digital Product Delivery Confirmation

Once login credentials, webinar links, or downloadable materials are sent to the registered email or phone number, delivery is considered complete and non-reversible.

9. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds under extraordinary circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
